Stories collected here will be shared on The Honest Diagnosis Project socials, paired with the Honest Diagnosis Project hashtag. The purpose is to continue awareness spreading and community building.

When sharing, the more detail the better. If you are happy to name the accusing hospital and doctor, we appreciate those details, but they are not mandatory.

All stories can be shared anonymously.
